"No harm has ever Come from reading a Book..."

the sun is finally peeking through the winter clouds, and with it came the spring and the smell of dusty books with krinkled old pages...

how romantic!
I'm more of an autumn person but... it's nice to enjoy a day of mild heat in the shadows with a book by your side.

and for that, me and my love went in seek of great books...
...at amazing prices in the...

83º book fair of Lisbon!

*in the house of the dead we feel so alive*

my love entertaining his inner child.

I was a bit heat struck on this picture, and look completely weird, but I can't get over the fact that my skin is so damn fair that wherever the light hits me, it almost looks like it's translucent squid skin lol
but I like that, make no mistake.
you can see all the pretty little stands behind us!

this was an adorable little caffé with pastries and ginginha to drink in chocolate cups.

this was my first purchase of the day!
it's an anthropological and historical study concerning the 13th century all the way up to the 20th century, about one particular character:
the Devil.

the original title is:
Une Histoire du Diable - XIIª-XXª Siècle

this book's original price was of 27 something euro, and I bought it for 7 euro and 50 cents!!

and this was the beautiful stand of what has become one of my favorite publishers;
the Zéfiro publisher!
it belongs to an occult store called Isthar and it has a medieval bar.
I never visited the store or the bar... yet. I'm planning to go there very soon, I've been missing some good ol' worship of the ancient gods!

I bought a pretty book there for just 5 euro

more cute little places selling ginginha!

I actuall didn't drink ginginha that day.
the hotness of the air was asking for a more refreshing beverage.
Beer!

and I even did a little video, just for good measure.

I look lovely don't I?
the retarded face works great with my hairstyle.

hugs!
